Turns out I got charged for all those bottle deposits because they bill you for them if you don’t leave them outside. The Culligan man and sometimes a lady now calls me the day before my delivery. Wow what a difference that has made for me. Now when I get my bill it is what I expect it to be and I don’t have to build a storage shed to keep all my empty bottles that I used to have.
